Uses	LCA-3 series with high activity, small dosage to need, used as extremely active standard amine catalyst in the whole PUR foam industry. It has wonderful catalyzing effect in the reaction of water with isocyanates, and makes foaming and gelling balanced in the reaction of polyols and isocyanates. Adjusting the dosage of LCA-3 series can control the rising time of foaming and gelling time, therefore it is synergetic effect well with tin catalyst. Lca-3 series can make the density gradient of whole lumpy foam and permanent deformation of molding foam after compressing to the least, and improve foamy uniformity, there for improving foam quality. LCA-3 series can also incease poreratio of flexible foam of flexible foam of PUR to prevent foam from contracting. LCA-3 series is a kind of liquid catalyst with weak smell, easy to dissolve in water, as a result, easy to measure during the production. It is not very harmful to the environment and widely used in various formulations for producing PUR foam, expecially fit for producing foam with high resiliency, semi-flexibility and low density.
